Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return window, starting from the date you receive your order. If you wish to initiate a return, your request must be submitted within this timeframe.

To qualify for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, exactly as they were delivered. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Customers are responsible for shipping returned items and must use a trackable shipping service. We cannot be held liable for packages that are lost or damaged while in transit.

Once your return is delivered to us, please allow 5–7 business days for inspection and processing.
